We are delighted to have recruited two new veterinarians to our permanent team, meaning we will be back to full capacity in July. Dr Nat Beh joined us mid-May, with Dr Stephanie Willney starting 30th June.
Dr Nat Beh
Nat graduated in 2019 from the University of Queensland. She has worked in both general practice and a welfare clinic in Australia, and as a locum veterinarian in Dunedin. She holds a Certificate in Veterinary Acupuncture (Small Animal) and has a particular interest in small animal surgery and post-surgery recovery. During her career she has also enjoyed treating the Australian wildlife. Prior to vet school she was in the conservation/zoology scene having worked as an intern and keeper at the Wildlife Reserve Singapore (now known as the Mandai Wildlife Reserve).
Nat enjoys travelling, the outdoors, and exploring the local culture and food while having a good banter with the locals.
Dr Stephanie Willney
From the US, Stephanie graduated in 2017 from the University of Illinois. She has worked in general practice, emergency, and overnight emergency clinics. Special interest areas include reproduction, surgery and dentistry.
Stephanie, her husband and their three young children all have a love for animals and the outdoors, so relocating to New Zealand will provide the perfect environment!
