Dr Mac McKay is joining the team as Lead Veterinarian at the end of September, replacing Dr Debra Curson. Mac has worked a few shifts for us in the interim, so will hit the ground running when he starts with us permanently.
Having previously owned and managed veterinary practices, Mac brings a wealth of experience to the clinic. Professionally Mac’s interests include orthopaedic surgery and ultrasonography – and he relishes the odd diagnostic challenge!
In his spare time Mac enjoys family time with his wife Brenda, and their Burmilla cat Mokie. He is a keen skier and mountaineer and plays guitar in the band Six White Cadillacs.
